Comfort is personal. Medium has a more cushioned feel, Medium Firm balances cushioning and responsive support, and Firm offers a firmer surface. Choose the feel you prefer rather than relying on sleeping position alone.
What size mattress should I choose?
Check the dimensions against your bed frame and the space in your room. Consider whether you sleep alone or share your bed. Duo is available in Single, King Single, Double, Queen and King.
How does the 120-night trial work?
Try an eligible mattress at home for up to 120 nights. Allow at least 21 nights to adjust before requesting a return. Contact Wow Beds within the trial period; mattress condition, collection arrangements and eligibility requirements apply.
What does the warranty cover?
The 10-year warranty covers eligible major manufacturing or material defects. Normal comfort-layer impressions up to 3 cm are described as ordinary settling in the published policy. Full terms and exclusions apply.
How will my mattress be delivered?
Your mattress arrives compressed and packaged for easier transportation into your home. Standard shipping is free to serviced Australian locations. Some remote deliveries may need special arrangements or additional charges.
When can I sleep on my new mattress?
You can use your mattress within approximately 4 hours of unboxing. Allow 48–72 hours for it to reach its intended shape and size.
Can I use my existing bed frame?
Use a flat, stable and supportive base. Check your bed frame's dimensions and condition before placing your new mattress on it.
What if the mattress isn't right for me?
Contact Wow Beds within the eligible trial period. The team will explain collection or drop-off arrangements and the refund process, subject to the published terms.
